Day 16 30/30 challenge, Lynne

I still have a bit of a dodgy stomach so I've concentrated on arm, leg and shoulder hooping... anything that doesn't involve wiggling my belly. I did a bit of body rolling too. The 30 minutes flew past. It is about all I have managed to do so far today, but that's ok because it made me happy. Once I regain enough energy I might do another 30 minutes.
