Day 27 30/30 challenge, Lynne

After a night of being very sick I decided this morning I was going to have to do a very gentle practice to give my body a rest, so I have been working on moves with my mini isolation hoops by sitting down, watching videos online and slowly copying the moves with my hoops. There wasn't a huge amount of movement going on, if I'm honest, more was going on in my head and thinking through moves, but after projectile vomiting several times yesterday and through the night I think it was about all I could manage. I hope people see this as counting towards practising because I did learn a lot of things from doing it even if I wasn't very physically active whilst doing it.

I'm hoping for better health by tomorrow.
