This week the first hour is Yoga hour. We have found ourselves a lovely lady called Sarah who is willing to come and teach us at the hall once a month. It will be between 7pm-8pm. I hope lots of you choose to come and join in. Yoga is a very good exercise to improve flexibility, balance and breathing, all things that can help to improve your circus skills. If you want to join in please wear comfortable loose or stretchy clothing and if you have a small mat or camping roll mat bring it along, as the floor in the hall is quite hard on the knees. Yoga is not competitive, and can be adapted to your own fitness level, so give it go and see if it is for you.
If you don't wish to join in there is space for you to carry on with your normal circus skills in other parts of the building, so please still turn up at the usual time.
