I have been in contact with Rowland from the Cilybebyll Council about having a storage cupboard in the hall at the Alltwen community hall and after he and Spencer (the caretaker) took a look around the hall they have come up with a space we could fit a cupboard for all the club equipment to be kept in. Thank you Rowland and Spencer for taking the time to do that.It is a fairly tight space and whatever we put in the space cannot stand proud of the area because it would cover a fire exit. I will measure the space tomorrow and then I will be asking if any of you club members have anything that will fit there that is lockable to keep all the equipment safe. If we can't find one that someone is willing to donate, I will be taking a vote on spending money to buy one. We will be doing that this on Thursday, so if you can make it along and have your say it would be good, but if not please post your feelings about spending the money in the comments here, via email to me or post on the facebook group.
