Planning Ahead

An email today reminded me of a discussion I had with someone about the ENI and it got me thinking about the future of the club. It has come to my attention that numbers of people regularly attending weekly meetings has been slowly dropping and that we haven't had much interest in new members joining for a while and to me that means one thing, we need to get out there and get more people excited about circus skills and wanting to learn them.

I am aware we are moving into the winter and this usually caused numbers to dip a bit more, so if we want this club to keep going it's time to start planning events for the future and come up with strategies to increase attendance.

I have started up a Forum Thread for you all to add ideas for things to do next summer and for you to discuss those ideas, but I would also like to encourage everyone to think of things we can do now that might boost our numbers. Please feel free to use this forum thread as a place to chat about ideas.
