AGM 2012

The AGM for the Elephants Not Included will be held at 8pm on the 13th December 2012 at the Alltwen Community Hall. We will be discussing what has happened in the last year and what we hope to do in 2013. We will be nominating and voting in a Committee for the year and reviewing the accounts and what we should do with the club funds. Please be there to have your say. We will try to keep the meeting as short as possible. Tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be provided. If you have a topic you wish to be discussed please contact Lynne or Kim to have it added to the agenda. I hope to see you all there!
