So who wants to be a blog writer?

Many Hands Make Light Work

This Thursday we had a bit of a chat about this blog and it was decided that we really need to use it more and post a lot more about what we go as a circus club. In order to do that we need to find a few more ENI members who are willing to become writers.

We don't expect anyone to write a novel, but it would be nice is a few people would like to write about what they are learning or reviewing circus shows and events they have been to. You could share great videos you have found and write about equipment you have purchased. Anything circus related would be good.

The idea is to share what we do with the readers and let them see just how much fun the club is. I think many people in the local area have completely the wrong idea about what we do at the club. I frequently get asked if we all dress up as clowns each week, or are we are all lion tamers and fire eaters. As you all know, we do none of that. Lions are too expensive. Next time I'm asked that I'm going to answer "No.We can't afford all the clown make up, because we have to keep spending a lot of money to round up the lions, because they are scared of the fire and they keep running away." Joking apart, I think if more people knew that we all started out as beginners and worked our way up to where we are now and that we all have lots more to learn, they might be willing to come along and have a go.
