Swinging Chinese Pole Acrobatics

I came across this video on Facebook when it was posted by KC. It's one of those videos where every now and then you take a gasping breath and cross your fingers. Chinese pole is a hard enough discipline, but swinging Chinese pole....


I'm in awe.

I stumbled on this video and wanted to share it with you all, but mainly with the pole dancers within our ranks. I am in awe of the strength and control.



The static poles are really hard, so the ones only anchored at the top and not the bottom must take stupendous strength to hold those shapes.
