Much More Than Just Handstands
Oh my goodness, I saw this and just had to share it with you all, but I was so fast to dash over to the blog to embed the video that I didn't even find out the name of this talented, strong lady. Her name is Val Doucette, and as yet I know nothing about her. I will try to find out more, so if you like what you see, you can get more information. Watch and be wowed.
You can see 2 more videos she has uploaded to You Tube here.

Happy New Year!
Hello all, I hope you've had a fabulous festive season and that the year 2012 brings you good health and lots of joy. To start off the year I've stumbled upon this strange combination of hand balance, balalaika, & accordion all in one act. It has some great balances, strange 80's style dancing and hair cuts to match.
Iryna Verezubova, I admire your balancing and flexibility. I even applaud your choice of early 80's fashion victim punk style costume, BUT there is something about you joining the dance as the arrow head that just made me squirm in my chair as I watched it. Ah well, over all it's a great combination of music and handstands. Enjoy!

A game of Jenga anyone?
Jenga is way too easy to play, how can we make it a bit harder Viktoria Gnatuk? Do it standing on our hands? That's crazy, it can't be done.
Oh ok, yes Viktoria, you're right. It can.
We need some Gym mats at the ENI. Time to practice handstands!

Ahh the memories...
I'm sharing this video, one because it is a nice hat manipulation routine and two because it reminds me of a very happy day, long ago, at one of Peachi's Nottingham University Tribe of Fun-dango days. Well, it's one particular move that reminds me, the handstand into the hat move. The day was spent, hooping, poi spinning, handstanding into hats with Tim, trying to tightrope walk and sleeping in G and Scott's wardrobe with Alice (as you do). Happy days!
Peachi can I put in a request for another Fun-dango?
