Day 11
Yesterday was a bit hectic so I didn't get to write up about my 30 minutes of hooping. Most of the 30 minutes was spent hooping around my core with a 38" hoop, but I did spend about 10 minutes with the 22" mini hoop working isolations and bounce moves. I need lots more time on that to get it looking smooth.
Day 12
Today has been another busy day that is yet to finish, but I'm taking a break from making hoops and a staff bag to have a cup of tea and write this blog. I hooped for 30 minutes before dashing out to the post office to send off an order of 2 large hoops. I spent some time splitting 4 32" hoops. I'm getting better at it, but still have issues with keeping all the other hoops moving when I have the 4th hoop at my knees and I can only do it in the one current, clockwise, but I'll get there in the end. I also spent a bit of time spinning around in 2 hoops lifting them on and off my body in different ways, trying to make it look smooth and neat rather than hurried and jerky. I think I'm making headway with that one.
Making time to do my 30 minutes each day has not always been easy, but I'm glad I have. No matter how ill I'm feeling or how tired or busy I've been I always feel better afterwards... maybe not always physically, but it always lifts my spirits.
