Day 8 30/30 challenge, Lynne

I hope this rainy weather stops soon. I'm getting tired of being stuck in doors hooping. It restricts me so much in what I dare to try doing for fear of smashing things or putting hoop scars on all my ceilings and walls. I want to use this 30/30 challenge to push myself into exploring as many ways as I can use my hoops as possible and much as I love core hooping and using my hoop to help me meditate I've been doing that for some time already and want to try things like acrobatics with my hoop and juggling. Please, please, please oh wondrous gods of the weather will you please give us some days of dry weather so I can fling myself and my hoops around the garden without risking drowning myself.

Ok, whining over, time to record what I have done today. My first 10 minutes was spent meditating in my hoop. I used a 38" hoop on my waist in both currents and spent a lot of time in the yoga tree pose whilst hooping slowly. The second 10 minutes saw me in the 32" hoops practising splitting 3 and 4 hoops, so far only in the clockwise current, but I really should work on the anti clockwise current too... maybe that should be tomorrows aim. The last 10 minutes stretched out into 30 minutes just dancing around (well as much as is possible in the small space) with one 32" hoop to old school disco tunes from the 70's. Oh man John Travolta's got nothing on me for cheesy moves hehehe!
