Strength, Flexibility and Sass

This video is for my friend Dawn. She teaches Pole fitness in Swansea, UK at her Circadian Fitness classes. I cannot imagine just how much flexibility and strength it takes Felix Cane to do all of this routine, but especially the move at 2:28. She is amazing. So many people choose not see the skills needed for pole fitness. They just associate everything to do with pole to be about stripping and it so clearly isn't. Oh to be this fit, strong and Lithe.
