The Beauty of Precise Movement
There is dance and there is dance. So many styles of moving your body. So many ways to express yourself. All of which grab my attention. From the drama of Argentine Tango, through the sheer joys of being alive swing dance, the elegance and emotions of Ballet and the power and precision of Krump, it all gladdens my soul and thrills me. Hence I felt the need to share this TED talk about The LDX with you all. Enjoy!

No right or wrong way to play
If you have never seen the TED lectures I strongly advise you to take a look at all of them on You Tube and subscribe to TEDtalksDirector.
This is a lecture from Charlie Todd about The shared experience of absurdity. I liked it so much I wanted to put it here on the blog.
Doing something absurd, once in a while, is important.
