Yesterday evening at Circus training I didn't have many people to teach so I spent a lot of time in my hoop just letting loose and playing with flow rather than attempting anything complicated, so today I stuck with trying to improve my skills with mini hoops. I have very achy arms now, but it feels good. I still find getting the movement of cats eyes perfect very difficult. I'm not even sure why. I totally understand what the movement should be, but crazily I just can't get my arms to do it cleanly. I'm hoping it will come with time and persistence.
I also had a go at trying to do continuous body rolls as seen at 4:12 on this video of Alexandra Savina.
Another thing I'm going to have to work to perfect.
