Circadian Fitness. The 4 week course starts this Friday 14th October at 7 pm - 8 pm. You need to
book a place in advance as places are limited (there are only 5 places left). Classes will be taught by me, Lynne of
Hyperloop Hoops, I promises to make them good fun as well as calorie burning. There will be hoops provided for those that do not have their own. I'll show you how to do basic core hooping, lifting the hoop on and off your body, arm hooping, leg hooping, foot hooping and lots more. Come and get your wiggle on, you know you want to!
